Security remained tight during the entire funeral service of the late former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, as military officers from the three formations ensured no chance for any security laps, right from the procession from Raila Odinga’s Opoda home, to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University, the venue for the final burial funeral service.
The nameless heroes who ensured the late political icon, Raila, was accorded the send-off he deserved managed to control the thousands of mourners who were anxiously and keen on every detail during the important day.
Unlike the first day when all security bridges were not observed, here all was under the command of the security details.
