Presidential Advisor on Women Rights, Harrieth Chiggai gives a keynote address at Serena Hotel on 26th May 2024, during a forum on The Future of Finance and Women’s Economic Empowerment. Chiggai said women were the backbone of development in every sector hence there was need to train them on finance management on small and medium enterprises (SME) to address the challenge they face at the rural areas.
