Mr. Vitalis Ragul has been appointed the new Director of Information on an acting capacity.
He takes over from Naim Bilal who has since been appointed the managing director of the Kenya broadcasting Corporation.
Prior to his appointment, Mr Ragul worked as a Strategic communication Expert for Kenya development Response to Displacement Impact Project (KDRDIP) in the Office of the President.
He has also served as the deputy Director of Public Communication in the Ministries of Water, Public Works, Lands, Industrialization and the East African Community.
Ragul holds a bachelor of arts in economics, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a post graduate diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.
