Students from Mukaa Boys High School charged with arson

Five students from Mukaa Boys High School accused of burning a dormitory were arraigned in a Kilungu court and charged with arson.

Appearing before Principal Magistrate, Elizabeth Muiru, the five denied the charges and were each released on a bond of Sh500, 000 with a surety of the same amount.

The students were charged with two counts of burning school property contrary to section 332 (a) of the Penal Code.
