Stock theft should be brought to a halt it’s retrogressive

Chief Administrative Secretary for Interior, Patrick Ole Ntutu, has described stock theft as retrogressive act which should not be happening in Kenya.
He called on the administrators in areas where such activities are is usually reported, to ensure that it brought to a halt.
“It is our responsibility as a government to see that the primitive act is stopped completely,” the CAS who was speaking Friday during the installation of six national government administrators in Laikipia North Constituency by Laikipia East County Commissioner Daniel Nyameti noted.
During the Installation, John Lemontoi Saikon was installed as chief for Mumonyoti location; Steven Lesonkoi chief for Oloiborsobit location, Leah Prisca Sakui assistant chief of Kuri kuri sub location, Maureen Jepchumba Assistant chief for Makuriani sub location , Jackson Matunge assistant chief for Sieku and Jeremiah Parani assistant chief for Kirimoni.
