Prayers for new leadership, end of drought

A Nairobi-based church organization- United Clergy Alliance, Restoration, and empowerment will tomorrow Saturday 29th lead Kenyan Church leaders in a peaceful prayer walk for rains, Peace, and Prosperity in Kenya.

The walk will begin from the former US Embassy Bomb blast area on Moi Avenue at 9.am to Jeevanjee Gardens in Nairobi with the prayers ending at around 11am.

Participants in the walk which will be led by the Salvation Army band include friends of Kenya from Tanzania under Prophet Dr. Geordavie.

Dr. Geordavie is expected to visit the country later this year thus the participation of his followers in tomorrow’s Nairobi peace walk that will also be in solidarity with Kenyans suffering due to the ongoing severe drought.

According to Chairman of United Clergy Alliance Bishop Francis Mulinge, the participants will also pray for the new leadership under President William Ruto to be empowered by God to overcome all the problems facing Kenya and steer the country to greater prosperity.

“Kenya is a God-fearing Nation with a special assignment during these last days. We believe God will steer this nation in leading Africa and the world in the coming end day great Revival,” read a statement signed by Bishop Mulinge.
