Police in Bomet East Sub-county are looking for a medical officer suspected to have defiled a school girl.
The man who is a clinical officer is said to have lured the 13- year-old girl into an examination room at Olokyin Health centre before ordering her to undress.
He is said to have defiled the minor several times after threatening her life.
The Bomet East Sub County Police Commander, James Kilonzo said the girl had recorded statements about the matter.
Kilonzo said the suspect had gone underground but he assured the residents that the clinical officer will be produced in court to face charges once he is arrested.
