A 52- year- old HIV positive man who allegedly forced a 10-year old boy to suck his genitals and ejaculate in his mouth was arraigned in a Makueni court Tuesday over the offence.
Appearing before Senior Principal Magistrate James Mwaniki, Alexander Kimuyu however denied the charges and was taken back to Makueni prisons where he is currently serving an 18 months jail term for escaping from police custody on the day he was arrested for the offence.
The accused, who according to medical reports is HIV positive, is said to have lured the minor into a lodging in Itangini market on June 25 whereby he ordered him to suck his manhood.
He then gave the minor Sh200 to buy his silence but the boy declined the offer.
Kimuyu was arrested by police at Makueni County Referral hospital on June 27 where he had gone to seek medication for his condition.
Hearing was slated for July 31.
