The Kenya Power lines go up in flames along Nyeri-Kamakwa road near Members club in Nyeri town after a tree branch fell on them. Three loud blasts that emanated from the scene sent passersby’s scampering for safety as government workers from the nearby offices moved out to see what was happening. No one was injured during the incident and Kenya Power technicians fixed the problem swiftly after switching off power on Monday May 5, 2020. Photo by KNA
