The Office of the Ombudsman will conduct public clinics at Bungoma Law Courts on Monday and Tuesday and then at Kimililii Law Courts on Thursday and Friday.
According to the Judiciary Public Communications Officer, Shikhutuli Namusyule, the purpose of the clinics is to create awareness on the office of the Judiciary and its mandate. All sessions will start at 9 am.
During the clinics, judicial officers will engage the public, receive and process complaints and will also explain processes of filing and handling complaints.
Namusyule said the clinics will also sensitize the public and work out possible mitigation strategies to curb re-emergence of further complaints.
Bungoma residents have been urged to turn out in large numbers to learn more about Judicial processes.
