The Chairman of Hotel’s Association in Nakuru City David Mwangi today commended Java House for their significant impact on the city by contributing to its economic growth and social development.

Mwangi noted that Java House has created numerous direct and indirect jobs in the city including positions for baristas, waiters, cooks, managers, and support staff, which has helped to reduce unemployment rates and improved livelihoods.

He said the pictures and paintings on the walls of Java Houses serve as a social hub for the community, and also promote tourism in the county.

The chairman noted that the coffee houses boost the city’s economy through increased spending on food, beverages, and other services hence benefiting local businesses and contributing to overall economic development.

Mwangi further pointed out that the restaurant’s reputation for quality food and service attracts tourists to Nakuru city, contributing to the tourism industry and showcasing the city’s hospitality.

Commending the Java house for their second restaurant that was opened during the December festivals at Section 58, he said the pictures on the walls which have captured the entire city in one canvas have enhanced the overall dining experience.

Additionally, he said the pictures often showcase local art, culture, and landscape, promoting a sense of cultural pride and identity.

The pictures, he noted, can spark conversations among diners, fostering a sense of community and shared experience and have enforced Java’s House’s brand identity and creates a unique and memorable dining experience.
