The Government Spokesperson, Col (Rtd.) Cyrus Oguna, has urged women, youth and Persons Living with Disabilities (PWDs), to take advantage of the 30 per cent Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO), set by the government for the marginalized groups, to supply both goods and services to the government.
Speaking at Media Center Teleposta Towers on Monday 25th July 2022, when he was flanked by some of the beneficiaries of AGPO, he urged citizens to visit their closest Huduma Centers where they can apply for AGPO certificate to enable them access the various tender opportunities advertised by the government.
