Former Gubernatorial candidate denies defiling minor

A gubernatorial candidate for the Machakos County seat in 2013 elections, was on Monday arraigned before a Machakos court charged with defiling a minor.

Eng. Titus Ndundu appeared before Machakos Resident Magistrate Irene Kahuya charged with committing the offence between May 13 and 14 2018 at an undisclosed place.

Eng. Ndundu who was represented by Nairobi lawyer Charles Muoki denied committing the offence which is under Section 8(1) as read with section 8(3) of the sexual offences Act no. 3 of 2006.
