PS Mukobe  who read CS Devolution and Planning  Eugen Wamalwa ‘s speech said that the Policy will ensure that we achieve our vision of a country free of street families and also ensure  our marginalized and most vulnerable members of the society get access to basics of life so as to experience a good quality of life. It’s a Government‘s response towards creating a conducive environment in which street families will feel safe-guarded, cared for and protected.
