It is a sigh of relief to this beast of burden following heavy rains which have been pounding Moyale and the residents have stocked sufficient water. Donkeys, hitherto used to fetch water are now taking time-off to bask on the tarmack at the roundabout, just opposite the county government sub-county administrator’s office, a rare spectacle because the donkey is supposed to be working.
