Bruce Golding, Chair Commonwealth Observer group gives the Interim observations on the electoral entire process findings and recommendations that will be submitted to the Commonwealth Secretary General after the General elections are completed. Mr. Golding said this today at the Serena Hotel during a press briefing where he said the observers identified lack of effective communication both internally and externally, to update both polling staff and Kenyan citizens by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
