A total of fifteen classrooms to accommodate grade 9 learners in Ijara sub county have been completed, area Sub County Director of Education Mr Mohamed Dagane has confirmed.
Mr Dagane said the completion of the classrooms eased the transition and settlement of all grade 9 learners in the region.
He said in phase one, the Sub- County got four classrooms with both Ijara and Hara primary schools getting two classes each.
In phase two, he added, the region got 11 classrooms which were put up in Ruqa primary school, (1) Masalani Girls (1) Masalani primary school (5). Furqan Korisa primary benefited with one classroom and Kotile primary two.
Dagane assured in phases 3 and 4 they expected four more classes and urged learners to study hard in order to excel.
