Busia County Football League 2023/2024 season will kick off this weekend with 10 matches on the card divided into Zone A and B.
Zone A will feature 13 teams namely Boca Junior, FC Amagoro, Kakemer, Kakurkit, Kamolo, Kamuriai, Katakwa, Kakalet, Kiriko, Kokare, Korisai, Okuleu and Rwatama.
Zone B has eight teams namely Angorom FC, Bosman Knights, Sikinga Select, Mabale United, Nyumba Kumi, Olepito Youngstars, Mabale United, Outgrowers FC and Simuli Youth.
In Zone A matches to be held on Saturday, November 11, Kiriko will host Amagoro (The Flickering Flames) at Kiriko Primary school, while Katakwa will take on Korisai at Katakwa Primary school with Kekemer meeting Okuleu at Kekemer Primary school.
On Sunday, Rwatama will play with Kamolo at Rwatama Primary school, Kamolo will take on Kamuriai at Kokare Primary school with Kakelet hosting Kakurikit at Kakalet Primary school.
In Zone B, Olepito will host Nyumba Kumi at Olepito Primary school Saturday, with Sikinga Select facing Simuli Youth.
On Sunday, Outgrowers FC will square it with Mabale United at Mubwayo Primary School with Bosman Knights clashing with Angorom at Buhuyi Primary school.
Both Zone A and B matches will kick off at 1.00 pm.
