The body of a man who was been missing for last four days was today found by the banks of River Nzoia in Siaya county.
Osborn Omondi Ombara, 46 went missing from his home in Kamalunga “B” village in Usonga location last Saturday night, area chief Augustine Omuya said.
According to Omuya who confirmed the incident, Ombara, a father of four left the house at around 8 pm and told his wife that he was going for a funeral vigil in the neighbouring homestead.
“That was the last time he was seen until today when the body was found floating by the banks of River Nzoia,” said the chief.
Omuya said body was removed to Siaya County Referral Hospital mortuary, awaiting post mortem to determine the cause of his death.
