An administration policeman was on Wednesday charged in a Kyuso Court with attempting to shoot his colleague.
Handcuffed Edwin Mutai Lomera who is attached to the Kaasiluni AP camp in Kavaani location of Kyuso sub-county appeared before the Kyuso Senior Resident Magistrate (SRM), John Aringo.

He was charged that on Friday April 12, 2019 he attempted to commit murder by firing one round of ammunition
at Chemkule from a G3 rifle.
Lomera was alleged to have shouted to his alleged victim to leave his hut.

on April 25, for a pre-trial hearing.
The accused was also given the option of a Sh.50, 000 bond with a surety of a similar amount.
The prosecution will line up nine witnesses when the actual hearing of the case kicks off.
