Kisii family in agony after ailing kin disappears

A family in Bogusero area in Kitutu Central Sub County is seeking assistance to trace their form two son who went missing on Friday last week.

Brian Nyangau, a student at Matongo High School in Nyamira, disappeared from his grandmother’s house on 21st of October, and efforts to trace him have proved futile.

The boy who has been living with his grandmother was expected to resume studies the following week after the school released him to seek specialized treatment from home on15th October.

According to his mother, Jackline Kemunto, Nyangau had requested to take a walk after having lunch on the material day and has not been seen since then.

“My son indicated that he wanted to take a stroll since he had been ill. However, he recovered and was expected to report to school on Monday. Since then, he has not returned and we have been looking for him,” said Kemunto.

The family has since reported the case at Kisii Central Police Station where the incident was recorded and they have been advised to continue searching for him.

As the family continues with his search, Nyangau’s mother has urged the general public to contact her on 0715025427 in case they have information about his whereabouts.
