A number of Presiding Officers, security personnel and agents have started ferrying back results to Chuka Boys and Chogoria Boys Centre tallying centres.
Speaking to the media, Chuka Boys tallying Centre Returning Officer (RO) Josephine Mwiti said that 58 out of 234 polling stations have brought their ballot papers at the tallying Centre.
She also disclosed 225 polling stations have submitted their presidential results with only nine are yet to be submitted.
The RO said that there was a delay in Mubukuro Primary School waiting for the senate ballot boxes and they began counting in the morning.
Mwiti noted that the turnout of voters was relatively low in the county. She added they are working hands on to release the results as first as possible.
In Chogoria Boys tallying Centre United Democratic Alliance (UDA) presidential candidate William Ruto is leading with a huge margin against Azimio coalition political party candidate Raila Odinga and Roots Party leader Wajackoyah George as well as Agano Party leader David Mwaure.
According to Chogoria boys tallying Centre Returning Officer Nelson Njiru Naamu, some of the polling stations that have submitted their presidential results include Nguruki PEFA Nursery polling station where UDA presidential candidate William Ruto is leading with 151 votes followed by Azimio Raila Odinga with 21 votes, while Roots party leader Wajackoyah George and Agano party leader David Mwaure Wahiga have 1 vote.
In Gatangi Nursery polling station, Ruto leads with 179 followed by Raila at 7, while Wajackoyah George and David Mwaure Waihiga receive 0.
In Iriani Coffee factory William Ruto leads with 235 votes followed by Raila Odinga with 6 votes.
In Wiiru Primary polling station William Ruto leads with 112 votes followed by Raila Odinga with 13 votes while Wajackoyah George and David Mwaure Waihiga have 0 votes.
In Ndumbini Primary polling station William Ruto received 318 votes followed by Raila Odinga with 22 votes while Wajackoyah George and David Mwaure Waihiga received 0 votes.
In Kienganguru Primary polling station William Ruto received 263 votes, Raila Odinga 31 votes, while Wajackoyah George and David Mwaure Waihiga received 0 votes.
