Mwakima said over 68,000 trainees are enrolled in the Institutions and that the government has disbursed over Ksh 10.3 billion to over 249,316 trainees since 2019 to date and Helb loans to TVET trainees amounting to Ksh.11.1 billion. She is flanked by Government Spokesperson Col. (Rtd) Cyrus Oguna.
