Two men were Monday separately charged before a Kisii Senior Resident Magistrate, Margaret Nafula for defilement of two girls in separate incidences.
Denis Obasi who was arrested on November 10 was charged that on September 15, at Nyantira Sub-location in Nyamache Sub-County within Kisii County, defiled a 13-year-old minor.
He denied the charges and was released on a bond of Sh.200, 000 or surety of similar amount and his case will be mentioned on November 26 when the date for hearing of the case will be determined.
Separately, Samuel Otwori was also charged that on the diverse dates of October 27 and November 3, 2018 at Sengera location in Gucha Sub-County, within Kisii County, defiled a 12-year-old minor.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the charges and was denied bond by the court, until the minor testifies before court Tuesday.
