The event offers valuable World Triathlon ranking points and includes a $300 (about Ksh39,000) prize for each of the top five Elite Men and Women.

“We are honoured to host the Africa Triathlon Cup in Kilifi,” said Ole Salonik, Secretary General of Triathlon Kenya.

“This event has grown immensely, attracting athletes from Japan and the USA. We look forward to witnessing extraordinary performances,” he said.
