RUBiS Energy Kenya, Castrol Launch ‘Twende London na Castrol’ Campaign

RUBiS Energy Kenya and Castrol have officially unveiled their national consumer campaign, ‘Twende London na Castrol.’

The campaign promises football enthusiasts the chance of a lifetime to witness a top-tier Premier League game in London, complete with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the stadium.

Lucky participants in the promotion will have the opportunity to win an all-inclusive trip to London, where they can experience the excitement of a Premier League match and gain unprecedented access to the inner workings of a renowned football club.

Speaking during the launch, Jean-Christian Bergeron, the Group Managing Director of RUBiS Energy Kenya, expressed the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to its loyal ustomers.

He noted that Castrol’s world-class innovative products, available at over 280 RUBiS retail station, make this campaign a perfect synergy of football thrills and trusted brands.

Bergeron noted that the ‘Twende London na Castrol’ campaign will run for 12 weeks, from September 1st to November 24th, 2023, and is set to captivate football enthusiasts and Castrol consumers nationwide.

“The primary objectives of the campaign are to reward customers, foster loyalty, and solidify the reputations of RUBiS and Castrol as beacons of trust and innovation in their respective industries,” he explained.

“Participation in the campaign is simple. Customers can enter by purchasing Castrol lubricant items from RUBiS service stations or approved spare parts shops. Safaricom subscribers are required to dial the USSD code *384*333# as indicated on the label of their Castrol products. Airtel and Telkom subscribers, on the other hand, can participate by sending an SMS with the code 24957 to stand a chance to win instant prizes and the grand prize of a trip to England to watch a Premier League match,” added Bergeron.

In addition to the grand prize, participants have the chance to win exciting rewards, including footballs, airtime, Castrol Lubricants, and original club shirts from prestigious football clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Everton.

The highlight of the campaign is the grand showcase of the Premier League Trophy, which will take place on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, at the Carnivore Grounds.

“Fans are invited to join the festivities starting at 9:00 AM, and the venue will remain open until 4:00 PM, allowing football enthusiasts to get up close and personal with the iconic trophy,”
