State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunications Principal Secretary Prof. Edward Kisiang’ani signs a visitors’ book when he made an impromptu visit to the Uasin Gishu County Information Office. The PS was accompanied by the Chief Executive Officer of the Media Council of Kenya (MCK), David Omwoyo. PS lauded the staff, whom he said worked tirelessly in the service of the country.
