Some 3844 students graduated from Chuka University during its 12th graduation ceremony held on Friday at the University’s grounds in Ndagani.

Kathuri said that a successful university should teach students using research experience and train them using experimental learning saying that education should transform the human mind to open up room for success.

The Senator commended the universities for using approaches that support the government’s bottom-up economic transformation agenda.

He urged the institution’s staff members and professors to offer services to students in a friendly and interactive manner that will transform technologies and research to uplift the economic status of the community.

“You should support students and show commitment and determination to produce top-notch leaders after graduation,” he said.

Kathuri applauded the university for demonstrating it can achieve milestones in research, international linkages, industry connection, and extension service during the International research conference held between the 5th and 6th October 2023.
