1500 students benefit from the scholarship programme

Khwisero Member of Parliament (MP) Christopher Aseka has offered full scholarships to over 1500 students in the region.

Aseka announced that learners will receive educational empowerment through the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF).

The legislator called on the parents and guardians of the scholars enrolled in the transformative plan to support the initiative. Thus, “Together, we need to support collaboration and proactive engagement with the students. Parents should also play a vital role in their academic growth and progress in school,” he said.

The MP has pledged to significantly enhance the educational environment in the region by collaborating with all stakeholders. Aseka was speaking in his constituency while sharing invaluable insights and inspiring the beneficiaries at Mwihila Boys High School in a mentorship series.

“Together, we will continue to be a beacon of hope and opportunities for generations to come. Let us remember that our commitment to education knows no bounds,” he said.

Lastly, he said his commitment to fostering academic excellence and guiding the students towards a successful future remains steadfast and inspiring. “We should share our inspiration and wisdom with the students to spur their career development and make their dreams a reality,” he noted.
